  34.             Upon receipt of payment, the above user is hereby granted a
  35.           limited license by MICROTEC for each copy of Getit indicated
  36.           above.  Each license allows one copy of Getit to be used by any
  37.           person on any computer, so long as the number of copies in use at
  38.           any one time does not exceed the number of licenses purchased. 
  39.           Getit is not sold, it is merely licensed to the end user.  Getit
  40.           may be revised without notice at any time.

  42.             Getit may not be distributed along with, or as a part of, any
  43.           commercial package without the express written permission of the
  44.           copyright holder.

  46.             MICROTEC makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied,
  47.           including without limitation, any warranties of merchantability
